The solutions Engineer role is to deliver high-quality service to customers externally and technical support to the sales team internally. To be the focal point in provides high-quality technical support and advice to the stakeholders internally and externally, in facilitating the establishment and usage of our services. Drive customer satisfaction, build a positive customer experience and quality solutions with our technology, enhanced services, and product development by providing feedback to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members to ensure support tickets are promptly handled in a timely manner and provide resolution.
- Attend in-person meetings with clients to investigate, troubleshoot and diagnose issues reported by clients.
- Practice troubleshooting framework and maintain a comprehensive record of issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Perform daily system health check and monitoring for all Enfrasys’s clients. Provide recommendations to ensure operations efficiency.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Enfrasys’s clients and present on system health checks’ status.
- Supporting the team with technical enquiries from clients.
- Actively involve in project solutions delivery to fulfil clients’ operations environment.
- Implement, and test solutions based on customer’s business requirements.
- Engage with Solution Delivery team regularly and report on project status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or fresh graduates.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or other relevant skills.
- Preferrable Microsoft Certification and have a thorough understanding, familiarity, and experience with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 but not a must.
- The position might require working late hours to meet customers’ deadlines.
- Able to accept criticism and improve on it.
- Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement.
- Must be able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
