Solutions Specialist

A solutions specialist establishes and maintains contact with clients to determine what solution or product best suits their needs. As a solutions specialist, you collaborate with the sales team to develop goals and strategies. You need to be knowledgeable of how the solution can help the client become more productive and efficient and respond to client objections. Solutions specialists may also troubleshoot technical problems to keep client operations running smoothly.

You must be equipped with knowledge and experience in networking & security solutions e.g., IT solution, Microsoft Dynamic, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Azure, enterprise networking, etc.


1. Involve in project as key project delivery member to deliver solutions to customer environment.
2. Engage with Solution Architect, partner and principal in architecting solutions for ENFRASYS’s customer needs and expectations.
3. Engage with ENFRASYS’s customers in discussions, presentations and workshops to validate technology-enabled solutions provided by the project teams, as well as perform walk-through of work products and deliverables with the clients.
4. Engage with ENFRASYS’s customers on a regular basis to define problem statements, analyze key priorities/issues, and work with project team members to develop action plan with project manager.
5. Provide technical advisory to team members in resolving technical challenges.
6. Coordinate issues resolution activities with team members, subject matter expert, solution partner and principal.
7. Attend in-person meetings with customer to investigate, troubleshoot and diagnose of issues reported by customer.
8. Develop preventive measure to prevent recurrence of issues.
9. Work closely with team members to ensure support tickets ticket are attended in timely manner and provide resolution.
10. Practise of troubleshooting framework and maintain detail record of issue logs and resolution in knowledge base.


  1. Degree/Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Information Technology, or similar degree; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
  2. Minimum 4 years hands-on infrastructure implementation.
  3. Demonstrated experience in an enterprise environment or system integrator, and experience with Microsoft solutions and services such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft O365 is an advantage.
  4. Have Microsoft Certification and have a thorough understanding, familiarity, and experience with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft O365.
  5. Passion in keep themselves up to date with the latest and greatest developments in the public/private/hybrid cloud arena and should have a thorough and deep understanding of cloud solutions in public.
  6. Experience architecting infrastructure solutions in private/hybrid/public cloud with Microsoft solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with recommendations.
  7. Willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environment to achieve a common goal through effective collaboration and commitment.
    Experience in Project Management (PM).
  8. Strong Customer-centric mindset to ensure customer good experience and empower customer loyalty.
  9. Strong analytical skills, good oral and written communication skills in English, self-motivated, and be able to work independently in stressful situations with changing priorities.
  10. Problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines.
  11. Experienced in the establishment of an automated DevOps release management pipeline is and advantage.
  12. Experience architecture infrastructure solutions in multi-cloud environment is an advantage.
  13. Understanding of Agile, SCRUM and Continuous Delivery is an advantage.
  14. Applicant who demonstrated good solution project management skill and had exposure to agile development methodology will be advantageous
  15. Cloud security knowledge is highly preferred.
