Microsoft 365 Prompt-A-Thon | Empowering the Public Sector with AI
During GovInsider Live Malaysia 2024, Minister YB Gobind Singh Deo highlighted the nation’s digital ambitions, underscoring the vital role of AI in public sector transformation.
In response, Enfrasys and Microsoft Malaysia hosted the Microsoft 365 Prompt-A-Thon on February 24, introducing civil leaders to AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and prompt engineering fundamentals.
Led by Mr. Max Neo (Enfrasys) and Mr. Azhar Abdullah (Microsoft Malaysia), the session featured success stories—including Microsoft’s collaboration with Petronas, where AI reduced operational costs by 50% and advanced net-zero carbon goals.
This initiative spotlighted the practical application of AI to enhance efficiency, streamline decision-making, and boost productivity across government services.
