Solutions Specialist

A solutions specialist establishes and maintains contact with clients to determine what solution or product best suits their needs. As a solutions specialist, you collaborate with the sales team to develop goals and strategies. You need to be knowledgeable of how the solution can help the client become more productive and efficient and respond to client objections. Solutions specialists may also troubleshoot technical problems to keep client operations running smoothly.

You must be equipped with knowledge and experience in networking & security solutions e.g., IT solution, Microsoft Dynamic, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Azure, enterprise networking, etc.

• Actively involve in project solutions delivery to fulfil clients’ operations environment.
• Engage with Solution Architect, partner and principal in architecting solutions for Enfrasys’s clients needs and expectations.
• Engage with Enfrasys’s clients in discussions, presentations and workshops to validate technology-enabled solutions provided by the project teams, as well as perform walk-through of work products and deliverables with the clients.
• Engage with Enfrasys’s clients on a regular basis to define problem statements, analyze key priorities/issues, and work with project team members to develop action plan with project manager.
• Provide technical advisory to team members in resolving technical challenges.
• Coordinate issues resolution activities with team members, subject matter expert, solution partner and principal.
• Attend in-person meetings with clients to investigate, troubleshoot and diagnose issues reported by clients.
• Develop preventive measure to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Work closely with team members to ensure support tickets are promptly handled in a timely manner and provide resolution.
• Practice troubleshooting framework and maintain a comprehensive record of issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.

• Minimum 3 years hands-on infrastructure implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in an enterprise environment or system integrator, and experience with Microsoft solutions and services such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
• Have Microsoft Certification and have a thorough understanding, familiarity, and experience with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
• Passion in keep themselves up to date with the latest and greatest developments in the public/private/hybrid cloud arena and should have a thorough and deep understanding of cloud solutions in public.
• Experience architecting infrastructure solutions in private/hybrid/public cloud with Microsoft solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and previous experience of client handling is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, good oral and written communication skills in English, self-motivated, and be able to work independently in stressful situations with changing priorities.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines.
• Experienced in the establishment of an automated DevOps release management pipeline is an advantage.
• Experience architecture infrastructure solutions in multi-cloud environment is an advantage.
