As a Service Delivery Manager responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of assigned projects while remaining aligned with the company’s strategy, commitments, and goals.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects as measured by schedule, budget, customer satisfaction and deliverable quality performance measures. This role will actively support sales and will be accountable for estimating planning, mobilization, execution, and successful closure of projects.

During the project life-cycle, you will communicate status regularly, manage risks, and issue and monitor financial performance according to in place agreements made between ENFRASYS and the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and management
    • Lead and inspire the delivery team to achieve excellence in delivery and operations.
    • Mentor and coach the technical team in service delivery, while assisting in defining operations processes.

    Service Management

    • Lead project and managed services delivery for efficiency and quality.
    • Streamline delivery processes to be efficient and cost-effective.
    • Lead the critical incidents and facilitate effective communication between customers, principal, and engineers.
    • Implement systems and methodologies to support outstanding service delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met

    Performance and Quality Management

    • Recommend and implement improvements for service delivery upgrades.
    • Provide regular reports to management on service delivery performance.
    • Lead personnel management, performance assessment, training, and mentorship to build strong relationships between technical and business teams.

    Proactive Service Reviews 

    • Conduct proactive and regular service reviews with customers to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with customers to strategize and align services with their evolving needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum 10 years of IT services management experience.
  • ITIL certification preferred but not required.
  • Project Management Professional or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or other relevant IT areas.
  • Strong resource planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented and self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with good business acumen and time management skills.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
