We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to contribute to the achievement of company sales by supporting Account Managers and Sales Representatives, in coordinating sales activities; tender preparations and maintaining good customer relationships. The Sales Coordinator’s responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, coordinating the tender process and promoting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by assigning leads that comes in via phone, email, web and referrals.
- Occasionally might have to arrange appointments or calls for Sales or Executive to meet with customers to qualify an opportunity after receiving the leads.
- For tender submissions, the Sales/Deal Hub coordinator must prepare high-quality, up-to-date supporting documents.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, coordinate and informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies of the company and business ethics.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer Science, or related field.
- At least three (3) or more years of experience either in sales, preparation of proposals or tender process.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent skills in communication.
- The ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations. Possess some basic business acumen to advise the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- The position might require working extended hours due to tender deadlines
