As Licensing & Operation Specialist are specialist in Microsoft licensing policies, order processing, and management of subscription agreements. It involves a blend of administrative tasks, system management, and maintaining positive relationships across various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and apply Microsoft’s ordering policies to various licensing programs
• Process orders and credits through Internal systems and Microsoft portals.
• Tracking and manage of licensing, subscription, agreement renewal and billing.
• Handle credit adjustments and manage consumption and usage reporting.
• Post and confirm licensing price sheets to internal sites for sales representative to reference.
• Create and manage Microsoft volume licensing part numbers in internal systems.
• Update customer agreements in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to sales representatives on licensing and pricing
• Update and maintain principal resources on internal sites as licensing programs change.
• Maintain positive relationships with Principal’s Processing, Sales Account, and Operational teams

Requirements:

• Diploma, degree or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar LSP/CSP/services environment
• Excellent all-round knowledge of commercials, and experience of interacting with sales and marketing
departments.
• Microsoft Certified Professional – Volume Licensing
• General/other sales competency certifications would be beneficial.
• Strong time management skills and outstanding communication skills, dedicated to continuous
professional development.
