On April 17, 2025, Enfrasys hosted its much-anticipated Harmoni Raya open house at Renjana, Lanai Asmara in Putrajaya, bringing together a vibrant mix of guests to celebrate the joyous occasion of Hari Raya Aidilfitri. The event served as a heartfelt gesture of appreciation and connection, welcoming customers from diverse sectors including public service, education, and commercial industries.
The atmosphere was warm and festive, echoing the spirit of Hari Raya. Guests were welcomed into a beautifully curated space filled with the sights, sounds, and flavors of the season. A buffet of traditional Malay dishes added to the immersive experience, allowing everyone to savor the celebration in true festive style.
More than just a gathering, Harmoni Raya 2025 was a showcase of Enfrasys’ commitment to building meaningful relationships. With over 480 attendees and 50 dedicated Enfrasys team members present, the event became a lively hub of connection and camaraderie. Boosting Security in Microsoft 365: Best Practices for Admin Access – WEBINAR

The Security Awareness Webinar took place in April, hosted by Raymond Tan, the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of Enfrasys as the speaker. The webinar consisted of 2 sessions on 2 different days, one targeted towards the public sector and one targeted towards the education sector. Both sessions aimed at enlightening users on the importance of boosting their security measures to store their data and information safely on the cloud. A lot of insights on security awareness and
measures to tighten security were shared during the webinar, specified in the sectors that were being presented to the public.
For both the public and education sector sessions, we received an overwhelming number of attendees, ultimately exceeding the initial number of registrations. During the sessions itself, we received a high amount of engagement throughout the duration of the webinar, with participants throwing queries and making the session interactive. The turnout rate exceeded initial expectations, which reflects the strong market interest in Microsoft cloud and AI solutions.
Overall, the webinar was a huge success as it left many audiences concerned and willing to take action to strengthen their security measures, which includes the subscription of one of Enfrasys’ offerings.
Microsoft Malaysia & Enfrasys Host Successful NextGen EDU Cloud & AI Day
We’re excited to share the success of the NextGen EDU Cloud and AI Day, held on 13 May 2025— a collaborative initiative between Microsoft Malaysia and Enfrasys. This forward-looking event brought together educators and IT leaders from the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and public universities to explore how cloud computing and artificial intelligence are transforming the future of education in Malaysia.

A key highlight of the day was the presence of En. Nik Kamal Izuddin Nik Ibrahim, Chairman of Majlis Pengarah-Pengarah ICT IPTA (MAPITA)—the Council of ICT Directors of Public Universities in Malaysia. MAPITA serves as a vital platform for ICT directors across public higher education institutions to collaborate, share insights, and address the evolving technological needs of the education sector.
En. Nik Kamal’s participation added significant depth to the discussions, offering valuable perspectives on the digital transformation journey of public universities. AI Hackathon for Public Sector: Supercharging Malaysia’s Public Services with Microsoft AI Platform

The Microsoft Azure AI Hackathon 2025 for Malaysia Pulic Sector Innovation Challenge took place on 5 and 12 June 2025 at Le Meridien Putrajaya, bringing together top teams from across the public sector to explore and innovate with cutting-edge Azure AI technologies.
This dynamic event offered participants hands-on experience with tools such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AISearch, empowering them to build practical, impactful solutions tailored to real-world challenges faced by government agencies.
In preparation for the hackathon, participants took part in expert-led workshops and virtual enablement sessions that helped sharpen their skills and deepen their understanding of AI. These sessions provided real-time coaching and development opportunities ensuring teams were well equipped to tackle the innovation challenge with confidence and creativity.
Beyond the technical experience, the hackathon served as a vibrant networking platform, connecting professionals, industry leaders, and technology experts from across the public sector. The collaborative environment fostered knowledge sharing and inspired new ideas for digital transformation in government services.
A total of 15 to 20 teams, each compromising 3 to 5 members, were selected based on their proposed AI use cases. These teams showcased impressive creativity and technical expertise, developing innovative solutions that have the potential to reshape public service delivery in Malaysia.
To recognize their efforts and achievements, all participants received a digital certification badge from Credly, marking their newly acquired skills.
