How to enable Microsoft Teams for your Office 365 tenant

Yesterdays in NYC, Microsoft announced Microsoft Teams, a new chat-based workspace in Office365. Microsoft Teams is available with one of the following plan

  • Business Essentials
  • Business Premium
  • Enterprise E1
  • Enterprise E3
  • Enterprise E4
  • Enterprise E5

Here’s how you enable it.

1.  Login to your Office 365 admin portal.

2.  Click on settings -> Apps and look for Microsoft Teams

3.  Turn on Microsoft Teams for your entire organization.

4.  Go to https://teams.microsoft.com and start your first teams!
