They specialize in providing comprehensive security solutions that help organizations protect their digital assets from cyber threats. They cater to a diverse range of clients such as residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, and provide customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
Challenges:
The organization had a pressing need to manage and protect confidential documents more effectively. Their existing document management processes were paper-based and lacked the necessary security measures to ensure data privacy and compliance. Additionally, they wanted to adopt cloud solutions for collaboration. Previous attempts to solve these problems had been unsuccessful, as the solutions they used did not meet their specific requirements.
Solution:
We proposed a cloud adoption strategy that encompassed Microsoft 365 product suites and technologies to help them transition to Modern Workplace. The solution included Microsoft Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security E3 features such as EXO, Intune, and MIP solutions to protect and move to cloud, as well as retire their on-premise footprint email system. The solution also included the adoption of EOP and DLP to increase the security protection and the transitions of MIP from paper to digital.
