In this role, you are responsible for technical Pre-sales consultant support on sizable and sophisticated IT Infrastructure service and projects. You need to assist the sales team in pre-sales support such as site-survey, Prove-of-concept (POC), requirement study, technical proposal preparation and presentation.
You must be equipped with knowledge and experience in networking & security solutions e.g., IT solution, Microsoft Dynamic, Microsoft O365, Azure Cloud, enterprise networking, etc.
A Technical Presales is responsible for selling and promoting goods and services of an organization to existing and potential clients through product demonstrations and professional sales pitches, typically on phone calls and e-mail communication. Technical Presales must possess strong product knowledge to respond to customers’ inquiries and concerns about the products and successfully close sales deals that would increase the company’s revenues and profitability. A Technical Presales must have excellent communication and customer service skills, maximizing strategic techniques to build customer satisfaction.
