We are looking for a passionate Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The Sales Specialist’ responsibilities include managing sets of accounts and territory, generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating the CRM database, meeting sales targets and leading the team towards addressing customer’s IT requirements.
To be a successful Sales Specialist you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch Sales Specialist should be able to build rapport with customers, understand their requirements, negotiate for a win-win arrangements and close sales.
Responsibilities:
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies managing sets of accounts or a territory; example in Commercial, Manufacturing, GLCs, Public Sector, Education sector.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Bold and outgoing person, able to create contact to potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Manage and communicate escalation issues with the support/technical team and monitor that someone is responsible for managing it.
- The Position might require working late hours to meet the customer’s deadlines.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder, continuous learning mentality.
- At least three (3) years of sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Strong listening skills and able to communicate customer requirements clearly to internal team.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft and hybrid cloud terminologies and technologies.
- Credible and active in networking and social media
- The Position might require working late hours to meet customer’s deadline.
- Able to accept criticism and improve on it.
- Good business ethics.
