Sales Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The Sales Specialist’ responsibilities include managing sets of accounts and territory, generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating the CRM database, meeting sales targets and leading the team towards addressing customer’s IT requirements.

To be a successful Sales Specialist you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch Sales Specialist should be able to build rapport with customers, understand their requirements, negotiate for a win-win arrangements and close sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to manage issues and risks associated with the project, including balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks, and will manage aspects through formal change management mechanisms.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.
3. Project Management Governance to ensure accurate development and traceability of requirements during project lifecycle.
4. Prepare the project progress, status update and chair the progress meeting with customer.
5. Responsible to manage the change enablement process throughout project duration.
6. Responsible to assist project teams in managing resources and information, handling departments’ scheduling and planning meetings and project activities.
7. Responsible to manage, control, coordinate and oversee the various project schedule and implementation to ensure that projects are completed on time.
8. Establish a strong relationship with customer, partner and/or team member to manage any internal or external.
9. Ensure to meet the project object, project deliverable and customer satisfaction.
10. To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Degree/Diploma holder, continuous learning mentality.
  2. At least three (3) years of sales experience.
  3. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  4. Strong verbal and written communicator.
  5. Strong listening skills and able to communicate customer requirements clearly to internal team.
  6. Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  8. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  9. Knowledgeable in Microsoft and hybrid cloud terminologies and technologies.
  10. Credible and active in networking and social media
  11. The Position might require working late hours to meet customer’s deadline.
  12. Able to accept criticism and improve on it.
  13. Good business ethics.
